Confidential is Hiring an Operation Support Specialist Near Magnolia, TX

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Operations and following established policies and department procedures, incumbent provides administrative support in the way of document formatting and conversion, form creation, and form completion. Other duties include general office support such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, preparing invoices and bank deposits, labelling, filing and retrieving documents, and other duties to maintain office functionality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • answer incoming calls, redirect calls according to checklist
  • manage conference room bookings and equipment
  • maintain company employee contact information
  • support the preparation of invoices, billing and bank deposits
  • create forms and templates using Word and Excel
  • convert from Word and Excel to Adobe
  • set page layouts in Word, work with multiple headers, footers, styles; include images and drawings
  • support project tracking systems

Education and Required Experience

  • completion of a college program office administration, or related field; specific coursework in intermediate/ advanced Word; equivalent experience considered
  • one to two (1-2) years of experience in an office environment
  • one to two (1-2) years of data entry experience
  • courses, workshops, webinars to keep current in Word, Excel, and office administration

Skills

About the Role

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary Range: $18-$22 per hour.

Part time hours per week: 20 h to start; some flexibility as to days and times worked.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
